My First Impression: Erin Condren 2017 – 2018 LifePlanner

The wait is over! I got my hands on the new 2017-2018 Erin Condren LifePlanner and I can’t wait to tell you about it!

If you’re not excited about planning for next year then you might change your mind after this post.

Now let’s start with the basics.

Calendar Options

The LifePlanner is available in three calendar options.

You can choose 18 months (July 2017 – December 2018), 12 months (July 2017 – June 2018) or (January – December 2018.)

The newest addition, Hardbound LifePlanner, is only available as an 18 month calendar (July 2017 – 2018) in case you’re thinking about choosing that one.

I chose the 18 month (July 2017 – December 2018) calendar for my LifePlanner.

Color Schemes, Layouts and Coils

Do you want your next year to be colorful or a classic neutral? The Colorful and Neutral schemes are back to make an appearance throughout your LifePlanner.

I opted for colorful.

There are three layouts: vertical, horizontal and hourly.

I chose horizontal because I like to have a lot of writing space for notes in my daily calendar.

Four coils are on the menu for your customized LifePlanner!

Gold, Silver, Black and Rose Gold are the options. I got the Rose Gold coil because it’s my favorite.

Covers

They’ve also come back with the leather-like, permanently coiled Luxe LifePlanners available in Light Taupe, Sapphire and Black with four personalized options.

Choose from Blind Imprint, Metallic Silver, Metallic Rose Gold and Metallic Gold.

I got the Interchangeable Cover LifePlanner because I love to swap out my covers whenever I feel the need to.

I can’t seem to stick with one cover for long periods of time.

Especially this time around with all of their new designs and in so many colorful prints, not to mention metallics!

Floating Florals is the cover shown on my new LifePlanner.

What’s Inside

Let’s take a peek inside my LifePlanner.

Painted Petals seems to be the design throughout the planners. You can see it on the Vellum Overlay.

Lined, Dot Grid and pages for coloring are also included.

There is a new and improved Keep it Together Folder in metallic, a bookmark/ruler, Perpetual Calendar, dry erase boards on the front and back covers and a Plan for it Pouch.

The Plan for it Pouch has 3 sample Compliment Cards, 4 sample Gift Labels, 2 Friends and Family Discount Cards and a 6 in. Coil Clip.

New Accessories

I think their Planny Pouch is a genius idea!

You can use it as a carry all pouch for your accessories and use its elastic band to attach to your planner.

The Classic Edition 3 Sticker Book has the cutest metallic stickers for your new LifePlanner!

There is also a sheet of it in the LifePlanner along with other stickers to help you organize your calendar.

I’m in love with the Dual-Tip Markers! It’s a 6 pack of pastel happiness in colors Bubblegum, Lemon, Turquoise, Seafoam, Orchid and Gray.

Honestly, I was so excited about these markers that I forgot to take a photo of them uncapped so you could see the fine tip and medium tip sides!

Elastic Bands for your planner is now available in the Neutral shades.

The new clip-in Dashboard is in the Painted Petals design with a very cute quote!

Whoever came up with Magnetic Page Markers is another genius idea! I was sent the Sapphire and Rose Gold marker.

Metallic is all the rave and can also be found on the Metallic Mini Snap-in Bookmarks that come in a set of 3.

The very cute Painted Petals design is also seen on the Mini Sticky Storage Pockets in Metallic Orchid, Metallic Rose Gold andMetallic Turquoise – which has the quote “Follow Your Bliss.”

You can use these storage pockets on not only your LifePlanner but your Erin Condren Notebooks as well.

The Stylized Sticky Notes have beautiful pastel colors and also showcase the Painted Petals design.

Another thing that is new is the Stylized Sticky Notepad. It’s literally a mini, vertical notepad that can also be used as a sticky note.

How cool is that?

Last but not least, you can leave your loved ones a nice surprise with the new Compliment Cards also seen in Painted Petals.
